solid wood
Solid wood blinds are available with slats that are 1.375”, 2” & 2.5″” wide. They are available in both standard and custom stains and paints. Decorative valances in a multitude of styles and sizes dress up wooden blinds and conceal the brackets and headrails from view. The premium Country Wood collection by Hunter Douglas includes options, exotic wood species and finishes unseen in other collections. If you are interested in a custom look for your wood blinds, ask about decorative tapes and upgraded control options.
faux wood
Faux wood blinds have surged into popularity over recent years as a cost effective and functional way to treat windows. Available in both 2” and 2.5” slats, these faux wood blinds can be manufactured in a wide spectrum of neutral and wood tone finishes. Coordinating valances, decorative tapes and control upgrades are available through many of the manufacturers we carry.
The Hunter Douglas Everwood collection of faux wood blinds offers the most comprehensive warranty in the industry. These blinds carry a lifetime warranty against fading, cracking, yellowing, warping and chipping. Additionally, Hunter Douglas offers a 7 year parts warranty for the replacement of broken cords unmatched by any other manufacturer.
aluminum & decorative tapes
Eye on Design carries multiple lines of aluminum blinds from Hunter Douglas, Levolor and Graber in both 1” and 2” slat width. The Hunter Douglas Reveal blind offers the greatest view through its open slats thanks to a recent engineering innovation. Ask about perforated slats and metallic finishes to add unique flair to any contemporary design.
Although we do not offer lower quality, foreign made, 1” vinyl blinds to our residential customers, we do offer a 2” vinyl horizontal blind designed to coordinate with our Graber vertical blinds with 3 ½” PVC vanes.
Vertical Blinds & Vanes
Multiple styles of vertical blinds and vanes are available to our clients from Hunter Douglas and other popular manufacturers for the homeowner looking for a classic and cost-effective solution for wide and tall windows. 3 ½” vanes are available in curved PVC and fabrics.
S-shaped vanes mimic the appearance of drapery with easy to clean synthetic vanes. Vertical blinds are distinguished by the quality of their headrail. We are here to help you sort out the good, the better and the best.
